What we sell
The Guess the Song deck: 250 square cards printed on card stock, in a box. Each card carries only a QR code — no title and no artist name printed. The price and shipping shown in the shop at the time of ordering are the ones that apply. The price in the basket is authoritative: the server recalculates it before confirming, so it cannot be altered from the browser.
How an order works
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy.
- The contract is concluded when we send you the confirmation email.
- If an item is unavailable we tell you and charge nothing.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer you have fourteen days from receiving the parcel to change your mind, with no reason needed. Write to shop@guessthesong.it and we will tell you how to return it.
The product must come back intact and in its box. Return shipping is at your expense unless agreed otherwise. We refund within fourteen days of receiving the return.
Guarantee
The two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies. If the deck arrives damaged or faulty, write to us with a photo and we replace it.
The game and the music
The app and the site are free and provided as they are. Some things are worth saying plainly:
- The music is not ours and we do not distribute it: cards carry a code pointing at a track, and the thirty-second previews come from Deezer, a third-party service.
- If Deezer removes a track or changes its terms, that card may stop working. That is outside our control and we cannot guarantee it forever.
- Titles and artist names belong to their respective owners and are named only to identify tracks.
- Playing needs an internet connection, and a phone with a camera for whoever hosts.
What is ours
The Guess the Song name, the card artwork, the site and the software are ours. Use the deck as much as you like, including at private parties. You may not reproduce it, resell it as your own, or use it for a commercial service without written agreement.
Limits of liability
We are not liable for service interruptions, tracks no longer available from third parties, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the rights and jurisdiction of your country of residence still stand. For online disputes there is the European ODR platform.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies.
